I have an excuse, I never attended kindergarten. You see when and where I grew up they didn't have kindergarten. I find myself constantly pushing my ideas and my plans. My project group, Beta, is tolerating me but I need to try to be less out-spoken. I tend to stifle communication more than I advance it.
As we explore highly reusable learning objects, I am hoping the group can more or less learn by doing. Each team member can create a learning object to support one or more of our learning objectives. We can peer review the LO for reusability and then we can see the potential for reusing these LOs in other settings.
I think I might have been too quick to choose Michael Spector as the IDT theorist for my report. There isn't much readily available on him. I guess his primary area is applying System Dynamics to learning environments in something called management flight simulators.
