I just completed my MSIT and was honestly not looking forward to more "group projects". My experience had always been that I did all the work and had to drag the rest of the "team" along.
To my surprise, I'm excited about the group I am in. We are all at different levels of comfort and proficiency but everyone is eager to learn and to dig in and get the project done. It's also gratifying to be in a group where the members recognizes that the object of the whole exercise is to learn something, not just complete a project!
